Frequently Asked Questions

How do I order my student’s school pictures?

If your school's picture day is upcoming, you can place an order online using the school code shown on your picture day envelope, or scan the QR code for direct access to the student portal. If picture day is today or has already passed, enter your school code from the envelope and follow the online instructions.

I did not turn in my child’s order envelope. What should I do?

In the fall, if all students were photographed for an individual portrait and you paid with cash, turn in your envelope within 24 hours. If you paid online, we already have your order recorded. In the spring, to ensure your child receives an individual portrait package, we generally need your physical envelope turned in.

Where is my school picture order?

School picture orders placed before or on Picture Day are typically processed and delivered to the school approximately 3–4 weeks after Picture Day. If you placed a late school picture order after Picture Day, processing and delivery times may vary.
