How to Pre-Order Your DFW School Portraits
At Logan’s Photography, we make securing your student's school portraits simple and stress-free. Whether you are preparing for elementary, middle, or high school picture day across the DFW and North Texas area, we provide two easy ways to ensure your order is captured before the deadline.
Step 1: Choose Your Ordering Method
Pre-Order Online: Use the secure school code found on your picture day flyer or scan the QR code to access your custom student portal. This is the fastest way to browse our background choices and select your favorite package.
Return the Order Envelope: Fill out the physical order envelope provided by your school and return it with your student on picture day.
Step 2: Get Ready Before Picture Day
Before Picture Day, log in using your school code to place your order, or check your school’s flyer or social media post for details. Either way, you’ll want your order ready ahead of time so your child is all set on the big day.
Step 3: Tips for Picture Day Success
On Picture Day, solid colors and simple accessories like ties or bows tend to photograph best. Remember, pre-ordering your DFW school portraits ahead of time guarantees your child’s spot and gives you full access to all of our exclusive background choice.
Step 4: Delivery & Sibling Orders
Pre-orders receive free delivery directly to the school within approximately 4 weeks of picture day. Please note that any orders placed after Picture Day may include an additional shipping charge.
Note for Families: If you have multiple children attending the same DFW school, packages can occasionally arrive on separate days. If one sibling receives their portrait package before the other, feel free to check with your teacher or the school office!
Step 5: Digital Downloads & Reorders
Instructions for accessing your digital portrait downloads are included in your physical package and sent straight to your inbox if you placed your school photography order online. You can also click the link below to quickly access your digital files. Full details for future portrait reorders are included as well!
